The following cameras have issues when
opened in any browser other than Internet Explorer
versions 6, 7, or 8.

Also, these cameras will not give
a picture if you have Microsoft Silverlight
installed on your machine.
To check if you have Microsoft
Silverlight installed you can do the following …

To view video on these cameras,
click either the [View Video|ActiveX] or [View
Video|Java] buttons on the top of the web page.
Firefox can only use the [View
Video|Java] option and will require the Java Runtime
Environment plugin. Firefox will tell you if it
needs this plugin installed.

Click
the ‘Install Missing plugin’ button

In the
next window, click ‘Install Plugin’ button

After
the plugin finishes the install you will need to
close Firefox and reopen it

Internet Explorer can use either
view. Make sure to install the plugin for either
ActiveX or Java when the drop-down popup appears. It
will show up as a yellow bar beneath the address bar
in Internet Explorer.
